There are endless reasons to go solar, but what makes Meraki so special is how simple we make the process of switching to solar. A four step breakdown of our process will help you better understand how we can upgrade your home to solar fast and affordably.
1. Consultation
It all starts with a free & easy assessment of your solar needs based off of your energy usage. We use this quote to determine how much you can expect to save by switching to solar, as well as answer any questions you may have about the process.
You will meet with a trained energy consultant to determine which solar program is right for you and answer any other questions you may have about the process!
2. System Design
Not only are our panels aesthetically pleasing, but our team will make a second visit to check out your home and gather information to create a custom system designed specifically with energy savings and curb appeal in mind.
One of our trained site surveyors will inspect your roof and sun exposure using advanced technology. Our solar design engineers will then create a custom site plan maximizing your savings.
3. Installation
There’s nothing more exciting than installation day! Within hours of our arrival, we’ll have your solar panels up and ready to generate power. Afterwards, we’ll walk you through the system and show you how it all works.
Our seasoned construction crews are passionate about quality and efficient solar installations. They are able to complete the average sized system in a single day!
4. Activation
Before we can connect your panels to the grid, your local utility and municipality will need to give final Permission to Operate (PTO). Once PTO is given, it’s time to turn your system on and start generating clean, renewable power.
After we receive permission from your utility provider, we will give you the green light to flip the switch and start enjoying the benefits of less expensive, clean, renewable energy!
